Posting is 100% free and your request stays live for 30 days. Partners can respond right away — but responses stay locked until you unlock. If you never unlock, the request is deleted after 30 days.

Any agent, landlord, or developer can join as a partner and subscribe to respond. Every response is a structured property offer, and you can report anything that isn't — our team reviews all flagged responses. (A verified-partner badge is coming soon.)

Partners respond right inside your request inbox with photos, videos, a listing link, and their price — plus a “Chat on WhatsApp” button so you can reach them directly and take it from there.

We can't promise responses — partners choose which requests to answer. If yours goes quiet, the request is yours to sharpen: adjust the budget or area, complete your profile to raise your stars, and go again. Requests with realistic budgets and complete profiles are the ones partners answer first.

Lagos and Abuja for now — more cities soon. Requests for properties outside these cities aren't yet supported.

Partners pay a ₦10,000/month subscription to respond. While it's active they can respond to as many requests as they like — which keeps out spam and casual noise. No per-lead fees, no cut of what you close.

Every request carries a star rating. Higher stars mean the seeker has completed their profile or already paid to unlock responses — start with those. See the star ladder alongside for exactly how stars are earned.

A partner responds to requests with property they hold. A registered agent posts requests on behalf of clients — and unlocks them at the agent price, keeping the difference as their margin. Many agents do both: the registrations are separate.

Registered agents unlock a client's responses at ₦7,500 instead of ₦10,000 (a ₦2,500 margin) and place a homepage feature at ₦20,000 instead of ₦30,000 (a ₦10,000 margin). The margin on every placement is yours.

Yes — you confirm the client has agreed before placing their request. After that, the flow is the same as any request: it goes live free for 30 days, partners respond, and you unlock at the agent price when you're ready to review offers together.

Unlocking is ₦10,000 — read every response you've received, chat each partner on WhatsApp, and your request stays live for 60 days. Or ₦30,000 for the unlock plus a featured spot on the homepage, with the request live for 90 days.

No. Paying unlocks the responses you receive — it doesn't guarantee how many you get. We can't promise a set number of offers or that you'll find a property, and unlock fees are non-refundable. Note too that agents or landlords you deal with may charge their own fees (e.g. viewing or agency fees); those are between you and them.

Stars tell partners how serious a request is, and higher-rated requests are shown first — 5★ at the top. Filling in the form is +1, completing your profile +1, unlocking with ₦10,000 +2, going featured with ₦30,000 +3. A complete profile alone takes you to 2★ before you spend anything.

They're different things: seekers pay ₦10,000 per request to unlock and read their responses; partners pay ₦10,000 per month to respond to unlimited requests. One is a per-request unlock, the other a monthly subscription.
