What is Corporate Landlords?

Corporate Landlords simplifies your property search. Instead of scrolling endless listings, you post a single detailed request for the property you want, and our network of agents and landlords sends offers directly to your inbox.

How does it work?

1. Post your request with the details of the property you want — location, budget, and type.
2. Partners respond in your inbox with photos, videos, a listing link, and their price.
3. Chat with any partner directly on WhatsApp, right from their response.

Is it free?

Posting is 100% free and your request stays live for 30 days. Partners can start responding straight away — but you can't read their responses until you unlock. Unlocking is ₦10,000 (read every response, request lives 60 days), or ₦30,000 (unlock + featured on our homepage, lives 90 days). If you never unlock, your request is deleted after 30 days. All prices are per request.

How do I contact a partner?

Every response includes the partner's WhatsApp — just tap "Chat on WhatsApp" to reach them directly and take the conversation off-platform.

What do I get for each price?

• Free: live on the requests board for 30 days. Partners can respond, but their responses stay locked. Deleted after 30 days if you never unlock.
• ₦10,000 per request: unlocks every response so you can read them and chat on WhatsApp. Your request lives 60 days.
• ₦30,000 per request: everything in the ₦10,000 unlock, plus featured on the homepage. Your request lives 90 days.

How do you keep responses genuine?

Only partners on an active monthly subscription can respond, which keeps out spam. Every response is a structured property offer, and you can report anything that isn't — our team reviews all flagged responses.

What do the stars on my request mean?

Stars show partners how serious you are. The more complete and committed your request, the higher it rates — and higher-rated requests are shown first on the requests board (5★ at the top, 1★ at the bottom).

• +1 — filling in your request form
• +1 — completing your profile
• +2 — unlocking with ₦10,000
• +3 — going featured with ₦30,000

So a free request starts at 1★, adding your profile makes it 2★, unlocking with a complete profile makes it 4★, and ₦30,000 with a complete profile is the full 5★. Partners see that rating and prioritise accordingly.

Does paying guarantee responses?

Paying unlocks the responses you receive — it does not guarantee how many you get. We can't promise a set number of offers, or that you'll find a property. Unlock fees are non-refundable. Separately, agents or landlords you deal with may charge their own fees (for example viewing or agency fees); those are strictly between you and them. See our Terms for details.

Who can become a partner?

Any agent, landlord, or developer can sign up as a partner today. Subscribe for ₦10,000/month to start responding to requests. (A verified-partner badge is coming soon.)

What are property requests?

The requests board is where you see all active property requests from seekers. Filter and sort to find requests you can fulfil, and respond directly.

How do I respond to a request?

Open a request and send a response with photos or a video, a short description, your price, a listing link, and your WhatsApp number. The seeker sees your offer instantly and can reach you directly.

What does it cost to respond?

Responding is on a ₦10,000/month subscription. While it's active you can respond to as many requests as you like — no caps, no per-lead fees.
