Corporate Landlords Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

Corporate Landlords is a digital platform designed to connect individuals seeking to buy, rent, or find short-term property with a network of real estate professionals, agents, and landlords. Our Service allows property seekers to post their property requests and receive offers from partners on our platform. Corporate Landlords does not currently vet or verify partners, and does not itself list, sell, let, or manage any property — we facilitate connections only.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.

• Property Seekers: You may create a free account to post property requests and receive unlimited offers.
• Real Estate Professionals: You may register to access and respond to property requests posted by seekers.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account.

3. Corporate Landlords' Monetization Model

• Free Listings: Posting a request is free. It stays live on the requests board for 30 days and can receive offers from partners. Responses are withheld from you until the request is unlocked (see below). A request that is never unlocked is deleted 30 days after it goes live, along with any responses it received.
• Unlocking Responses (For Property Seekers): ₦10,000 unlocks every response on that request so you can read them and contact partners directly, and keeps the request live for 60 days. ₦30,000 includes that unlock and additionally features the request on our homepage, keeping it live for 90 days. Each payment applies to a single request. Partners share their own contact details in their responses; Corporate Landlords does not charge for or broker that contact.
• Partner Subscription (For Professionals): Real estate professionals pay a recurring monthly subscription (₦10,000/month) to respond to requests. While the subscription is active, they may respond to any number of requests at no additional per-lead cost. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.

4. User Responsibilities

• Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
• Due Diligence: All real estate transactions carry risk. You acknowledge that Corporate Landlords does not verify the content of offers or the legitimacy of properties. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before entering into any transaction or agreement.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent activities, to post false or misleading information, or to engage in spamming or harassing behavior.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties; No Guarantee of Results

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any content or offers posted on the Service.

No guarantee of responses or outcomes. Corporate Landlords does not guarantee that a posted or unlocked request will receive any responses, that any response will match your requirements, or that any transaction will result. Paying unlocks the responses your request receives (and, at ₦30,000, homepage placement) — it does not guarantee the number or quality of those responses.

Payments to third parties. Corporate Landlords does not charge for property viewings, inspections, or transactions. Agents, landlords, developers, or other partners you engage through the Service may charge their own fees — including agency, viewing, inspection, or legal fees — on their own terms. Any such payment is strictly a matter between you and that third party; Corporate Landlords is not a party to it and does not collect, endorse, verify, or guarantee it. Always confirm what any fee is for before you pay it.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corporate Landlords and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corporate Landlords, its operators, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
